Chiropractor
Dale Capela D.C.
Dr. Dale Capela is a Christ follower, husband, father, and owner, along with his wife Lydia, of Complete Chiropractic and Living Well. They live on a farm in the beautiful countryside of Wayne County and together have 6 children, whom they homeschool, raise Valais sheep, Nigerian Dwarf goats, horses, and chickens.
Dr. Capela graduated from Life University in ‘97 and has served thousands of families in Wayne County and the surrounding areas for the past 25 years! His mission is to partner with his patients in the pursuit of optimal wellness.
He believes God has designed our bodies to heal and function well, and he aids in helping patients realize that reality. Dr. Capela has attended several chiropractic mission trips in India, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. He is also a key contributor to the New York Times Bestseller “Body By God” written by Dr. Ben Lerner.
As a chiropractor, he also specializes in neurology, and therapies, is trained in pediatric adjustments, and has brought in an additional doctor and assistants to aid in functional wellness and weight-loss resistance for patients’ whole body care. Dr. Capela continually educates himself and cares for his patients with the most up-to-date therapies and techniques. He is grateful for the opportunity to continue to lead his community in pursuing true health and wellness and is ready to serve you and your family.

Dr. Capela is a member of the International Chiropractic Association (ICA), Ohio State Chiropractic Association (OSCA), and the Mid-Ohio Chiropractic Association (MOCA) to keep up to date with the latest methods of care and the best way to serve you!
Hobbies:
Dr. Capela enjoys farming when he is not in the office. He raises and sells hay as well as grass-fed beef. He also enjoys taking his children hunting. Dr. Capela enjoys singing in a Men’s Christian ensemble and playing guitar when he isn't farming or hunting. He and his family enjoy attending church weekly at the Wooster Church of the Nazarene.
Aric Freischlag D.P.T., C.P.T., F.M.T.
After finishing school through a modern medicine and more mechanical route, Dr. Aric stumbled into Holistic Health through his own personal health journey. Since then, Dr. Aric has made it a passionate mission of his to help individuals, of all backgrounds and ages, get their bodies to a place where they thrive and unlock their God-given healing potential.
By taking a comprehensive holistic approach to healing focusing on Nerve Supply, Nutrition, Movement, Sleep/Recovery, and Mindset, Dr. Aric specializes in empowering individuals to reach optimal wellness and live the healthiest version of themselves. Dr. Aric oversees the Functional Medicine department at Complete Chiropractic and Living Well. The office is located in Wooster OH, where he resides with his wife and 2 daughters as a family focused on living a holistic lifestyle.

Kara
Kara has lived in many places growing up due to my father's ministry placements and other jobs. Kara did spend her high school years in Georgia so occasionally her southern accent will come out or you will hear her say 'ya'll'. Wooster is now her home and has been for several years. Kara is so excited to serve here at Complete Chiropractic and Living Well because of the family atmosphere and the focus on getting people well and helping them stay well.
When she's not working she enjoys spending time with her Husband, 7 nieces, and 2 nephews. Kara also really enjoys reading and writing in her spare time.
Financial Department Assistant
Angel
Angel Is a part of the financial department. With kind and a gentle smile, she offers assistance in connecting your health and finance needs. She enjoys spending time with her children and husband.
Radiologist Technologist
Nigel R.T.(R), (ARRT)
Nigel is our Radiologist Technologist hired in May 2021. Nigel brings experience and a gentle touch to the position. When Nigel is not at work, he loves spending time with his wife and reading the bible. Nigel also does CCW classes as well as bible study devotions and is currently taking bible accreditation classes. Nigel is an avid animal lover and has a dog and parrot.
Wellness Consultant
Sarah Lange
Sarah started with the Complete Chiropractic and Living Well team in October of 2022. Sarah is one of our wellness Consultants and she is passionate about helping people pursue wellness as a lifestyle. She is one of our certified Styku specialists, as well as, the Body Composition Analysis. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology so she’s also always ready and willing to join with you in prayer!
Social Media/Marketing
Ashley Havener
Ashley joined the Complete Chiropractic and Living Well team in October of 2020 and worked in the office with our weight loss clients until 2022. She currently works out of state now and has taken on the social media/marketing duties for in and around our office.
The many flyers, kiosk slides, social media posts and ads that you see, have her hand in them in some form or another. Ashley loves to hike, camp, read any and all books, drink iced lattes and spend time with her family!

Ty
Ty has grown up under chiropractic care his whole life and is passionate in whole body wellness. Ty's role as Chiropractic Assistant allows him to help you through your care in various ways throughout your wellness plan. He is always willing and ready to help in any way or answer any questions you may have.

Sicily
Sicily joined the Complete Chiropractic side of our combined office in 2022! She recently moved over to our Living Well side in May of 2023. Sicily will be one of the very first smiles you will meet in our office! Sicily runs our front desk and makes sure that our office is well organized and ready for each client, whether it is your first time or if you have been coming for years!
Sicily's sweet personality is a joy to have in and around our office. She loves horses, dogs... any and all animals! Sicily loves to travel and attend concerts as much as she can! Sicily will always make sure you are well taken care of and that you leave the office happy with your services!

Alexis
Alexis is part of our Therapies Team as well and loves helping each person with a quiet and gentle touch. When Alexis isn't busy helping patients through their wellness journey, she is busy at the gym, hanging out with friends or spending time at church!

Athaleyah brings a great smile and joy to the Therapies Team and all our patients who are active in therapies. Athaleyah loves to help each individual achieve optimal wellness through strength and recovery. Athaleyah loves animals, horseback riding, coffee and spending time with friends and family!

Lyd
Lydia or "Lyd" joined our Therapies Team and can be seen around our therapy machines helping and guiding each person through their care and healing. Lyd loves to be active in outdoor activities and sports. She loves experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and enjoys spending her summers at camps and aquatics. Her life verses are Psalm 19:1-2.
